Group Fitness (Non-Members can drop into any class for ONLY $15 plus HST)

POUND® is the worlds first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums.

Cardio Dance-  combines the love of music and dance in a 45 minute energetic class! All ages!

Kangoo Jumps – This plyometric movement based workout involves basic movements allowing all fitness levels to reap its health benefits. Kangoo rebound boots are used, resulting in 80% less friction on your joints and burning 20% more calories!

Bootybarre is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body.

Cardio/Strength – This conditioning class covers all the basics of cardio Hiit and hand weight strengthening and allows you to work at your own pace.

Cardio/Core- This conditioning class covers all of the basics of cardio Hiit while targeting the core (glutes and abs) in this powerful effective workout!

Pump & Power- Using a fitness power bar with interchangeable weights, instructors will guide you through a weight lifting class

good for all fitness levels.

Intense Cardio Fight- uses combat style moves to help condition the heart while strengthening and building coordination. This is a great stress reliever class!

Yoga- We offer a variety of yoga classes from rhythm yoga to vinyasa flow to power flow yoga. For all fitness levels
