Class Descriptions 

Spin

This is it!  The most addictive class available - indoor cycling set to music that begs your legs to move! 

Participants may adjust their levels and be taken through a series of intervals incorporating speed drills, climbing and recovery. This class is for all fitness levels, either the beginner or advanced. You are encouraged to go at your own pace, but to challenge yourself in this non-impact sport. Cycling will enhance your cardiovascular fitness and improve muscle tone.

This class is proven to burn up to 800 calories.

Step away the Pounds

A 30-minute class using an adjustable aerobic step.  Simple but fun patterns for all levels. This class is an amazing all-around cardiovascular, fat-burning workout.  Step on up - and step away the pounds!  Fitness, toning and weight loss - this class has it all!   

Body Sculpt

Sculpt and tone your muscles with weights.  Benefits:  Increased muscle tone and strength plus flexibility.

Buns 'n Abs

An ab-solutely concentrated effort on shaping and toning your tummy, tush and thighs!  

Yoga

A wonderful class for everyone!  Stay limber and energetic as you experience this relaxing, strain-free workout.  Enhances sensitivity and awareness while improving flexibility range of motion, strength and performance.  *extra fee required for this class.

Body Sculpt & Body Sculpt XPress

A perfect combination of light hand weights, your own body resistance, resistance bands and other equipment designed to improve muscular strength, endurance and posture, for all major muscle groups.  An excellent addition to your cardiovascular workout.  

 Pole Dancing for Fitness 101

Leave your inhibitions at the door. This is a fun and exhilarating woman's workout that strengthens the body physically, mentally and spiritually and, it's so much FUN!

Try it!  You'll discover what thousands of women are talking about - any woman regardless of age, shape or size can do these moves.  This will help women feel better about their bodies...it's not about being perfect....it's about loving the body you are in!  It boosts confidence, self-esteem and positive body image. It’ll keep you talking for days! *extra fee required for this class.

Cardio Kick 

A fun and high energy workout!  Combines elements of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning, balance, coordination and total body toning.

Super Cardio
The ultimate cardiovascular conditioning class.  This class is a mix of hi/low aerobic movements along with muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. Guaranteed to keep your heart rate up and burn some serious calories. This class is for all fitness levels.

Get on the Ball
Stability and conditioning for the entire body incorporating balance, resistance equipment and your own body weight for a total body workout with emphasis on the core.

Sculpt & Tone

A perfect combination of light hand weights, your own body resistance, resistance bands and other equipment designed to improve muscular strength, endurance and posture, for all major muscle groups.  An excellent addition to your cardiovascular workout.  

CSI – Cardio/Strength Interval

This class combines intervals of cardiovascular and strength conditioning. Usually done in 2 to 5-minute intervals of cardio, alternating with 2-5-minute intervals of muscle conditioning.  The ultimate workout to melt down and tone-up quickly!

Turbo Fitness Kickboxing

A kickboxing class featuring up to two minute rounds of kick/punching combinations. Participants will use gloves and focus pads to intensify the workout.  This class promotes it all - toning, cardio conditioning, coordination and self confidence as you burn up to 600 calories per class!  A real challenge for every fitness level. *extra fee required for this class.
